We don’t believe in the booking fees and we don’t think the customer should pay them or the drivers should lose out on any earnings.
Our dedicated team is always available to assist you in any way possible. We're committed to treating every driver with the utmost respect. Your voice is important to us, and we're proactive in listening to your concerns and taking appropriate actions.
We're thrilled to partner with Autocab, delivering a technologically advanced and reliable system that meets both consumer expectations and driver requirements. In addition to this, we've incorporated multiple backend systems aimed at consistently acquiring new business, thus ensuring a steady flow of work for our drivers.
Unlike other companies that require you to navigate message-based support systems, Myle has dedicated personnel in the office who are available for direct phone calls. This ensures quicker problem resolution and a more personalised service experience for you.
We're in the process of initiating quarterly review meetings with our drivers. These meetings will serve as an open platform for you to share your thoughts on what's working well and what needs improvement. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're committed to acting on it.
